IITTM South campus library have an extensive collection of Books, print Magazines, digital and E-Resources for its users.

Users

All IITTM South campus staffs, students and other outside scholars with Written permission from authority.

Rules and Regulations

Library will be open on all working days as per college working hours. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and all other public holidays)
Students have to make one entry in the visitor register each time they enter the library reading hall with details regarding check- in time, name and branch, while leaving the hall again record check- out time and material referred.
No personal belongings like back packs, hand bags, laptop bags are allowed inside reading Hall, laptop can be taken with note books.
Talking over phone, chit chat is not permitted inside library.
Students will be issued with a library card which they have to bring whenever coming to library for borrowing or submission of books.
Each student can borrow 5 library books/magazines/ at a time for one week. After one week student can renew the same for one more week if required (facility subjected to demand of the concern reading material).
Library card is non-transferable; students cannot use each other’s card for borrowing books.
Person borrowing the library reading material is responsible for the same, any damage or loss of the issued book; penalty will be replacement with new book or cost of the book.
In case of loss of library card, a duplicate card can be issued with minimal charges.
After the due date of return for a book is over and the student has not returned or renewed the issued book then per day Rs 1. Fine will be charged.
Inside reading hall students have to maintain discipline, books taken out from the rack need to be replaced at their exact place. In case of confusion students can leave the book on reading desk itself or submit to Librarian, rather than keeping it in wrong section.
Before leaving reading hall students are requested to arrange their seats orderly. Any damaged caused to library property, furniture’s will be chargeable.
IITTM, Nellore library is having digital resources, log in id and password can be collected from library.
